PRAGATI TECH provides the following services:

• SEO and Digital Marketing Services
• Branding and Graphic Design
• Website Maintenance and Support

Specific service details, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.

3. Quotations and Estimates

All quotations and estimates provided by PRAGATI TECH are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices may change if project requirements change significantly from the original scope discussed.

4. Payment Terms

Standard Payment Structure:

• Website Projects: 50% advance payment before project commencement, 50% upon completion before going live
• Ongoing Services: Monthly payments in advance
• Custom Projects: Payment schedule as per individual agreement

Payment Methods:

We accept payments via Bank Transfer, UPI, and other digital payment methods. Payment details will be provided in project proposals.

5. Project Scope and Changes

The project scope will be defined in the initial proposal. Changes to the scope after work begins may result in additional charges. We will communicate any cost implications before proceeding with changes.

6. Timeline and Delivery

Estimated project timelines are provided in project proposals. While we strive to meet deadlines, timeline extensions may occur due to:

• Delayed client feedback or approvals
• Changes in project scope
• Unforeseen technical challenges
• Force majeure circumstances

7. Intellectual Property

Client Content:

Clients retain full ownership of all content, images, and materials they provide for use in their projects.

Our Work:

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them. However, PRAGATI TECH retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Elements:

Ownership of third-party elements (themes, plugins, stock images) is governed by their respective licenses.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying required content and materials
• Ensuring they have rights to use all provided content
• Providing access to hosting, domains, and other necessary accounts
• Reviewing work and reporting issues promptly

9. Warranty and Support

PRAGATI TECH provides warranty support for a period of 30 days after project completion for issues arising from our work. This warranty covers bug fixes and technical issues but does not cover:

• Changes requested after delivery
• Issues caused by client modifications
• Third-party plugin/extension updates
• Hosting-related issues

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This obligation survives the termination of our working relationship.

11. Limitation of Liability

PRAGATI TECH's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• All completed work and materials will be delivered to the client
• Any advance payments for uncompleted work will be refunded

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
